I’m a sports journalist in Sydney working the sweatshop life of the bottom rung workers of the media industry. I spend my days dreaming of doing something that will make me truly happy career-wise, for now, I’ll settle with writing about things that make me happy in my spare time, namely sport, music, reading, hanging out, drinking good wine, nothing usual to the average Joe really. I’m 27, live in Sydney with my fiance and spend most days loving the warm weather or wondering when the warm weather will arrive. I love my family and friends and also to share with them what I’m liking at the moment from those things that make me happy in my spare time. And now I plan to share that with everyone else too.

Who am I? Let me start by introducing myself – my real name is Lisa, however I am commonly known to friends as either Henny, Hen, HenPen, Henny Corby or Corbs. I’m 29 and have pretty much settled back in Sydney after travelling various parts of the globe. I work in marketing and public relations but my true passion lies in the areas of music and radio broadcasting. These two things are my pure pleasures and one day I hope to be happy and fulfilled with a career in one or both of these fields. Why am I here? Well, I consider myself to be an avid music listener, fan and geek who obviously has something to say regarding a wide range of music genres. I guess what I’d like to do is share my knowledge, findings and thoughts on all things music and anything else that tickles my fancy that’s worth talking and writing to you about. So welcome, enjoy and watch this space!

I seldom drop responses, however i did some searching and wound up here About To My Ears. And I actually do have a couple of questions for you if it’s allright. Could it be simply me or does it give the impression like a few of the comments look like they are left by brain dead visitors?
And, if you are posting on additional social sites, I would like to follow everything fresh you have to post. Could you make a list of every one of all your social sites like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile?
I do not even know the way I stopped up here, but I assumed this put up used to be good. I don’t understand who you’re however certainly you are going to a well-known blogger if you happen to are not already
